Thank you for considering a Harmony Valley puppy. We are honored to be a part of your journey in finding a loving joyful companion!

Bringing home a new puppy is a joyful, exciting experience — and we’re here to guide you every step of the way. At Harmony Valley Cavaliers & Havanese, we take great care to match each puppy with the right family, ensuring a lifetime of happiness for everyone.

1. Submit a Puppy Application

Begin by filling out our Puppy Application Form. This helps us learn about you, your lifestyle, and what kind of puppy would be the best fit.

Please note: We carefully select homes to make sure our puppies go to loving, responsible families.

2. Application Review & Follow-Up

We review every application personally and typically respond within 1–3 days. Sometimes, we may schedule a call or video chat to get to know you better.

3. Approval & Deposit

Once approved and you’ve chosen a puppy, a non-refundable deposit is requested to hold your puppy until they’re ready for pickup.

If you select an older puppy who is already ready to go home, full payment is due at pickup.

Deposit amounts are flexible and discussed at the time of selection. The deposit applies toward your final purchase price.

4. Matching You with the Right Puppy

We consider your preferences, personality, and lifestyle to match you with the puppy we believe will thrive best in your home.

5. Puppy Updates

We’ll send regular photos and videos as your puppy grows, along with helpful tips to prepare you for bringing them home.

6. Vet Check & Health Guarantee

Every puppy receives:

• A full vet exam

• Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming

• A signed Health Record

• A 1-year (or extendable) Health Guarantee

7. Pickup Day or Delivery

Puppies are ready to go home at 8–9 weeks old. We’ll coordinate a pickup time or delivery (when available) and provide final instructions and paperwork.

You’ll receive:

• Health Record

• Food starter bag

• Comfort toy with litter scent

• Care instructions and transition tips

Microchipping is available upon request.

8. What to Bring on Pickup Day

To help your puppy’s journey home be safe and comfortable, please bring:

• A secure crate or carrier

• A towel or blanket

• Water and a travel bowl

• Leash and collar

• Puppy pads or cleaning supplies (just in case!)

9. Visitation Policy

To protect the health of our puppies, in-person visits are limited and by appointment only after application approval. We offer virtual meet-and-greet calls to help you connect with your puppy before pickup.

10. Staying in Touch

Our support doesn’t end when you bring your puppy home! We’re here for questions, advice, and to celebrate your pup’s milestones.

We love hearing from our Harmony Valley families — feel free to share photos, updates, or tag us on social media. Once you bring home a Harmony Valley puppy, you’re part of our family for life.
